For those of you who wanted it...Pasta De Charlotte

Hey Ladies,

Here you go!

2 small zucchinis
3-4 cloves of garlic
1/4 red onion
few shakes of italian seasoning
olive oil
salt and pepper
 1 pound spaghetti

Cut up the above ingredients and put into a bowl.  Cook pasta and toss all together. Thats it!!  Enjoy :)

The ingredients can be modified to your taste, i almost put green peppers in it tonight but remembered we had those last night.  Its so fast and super easy!!

    Sounds really good!

JustJen--you could cook the zucchini and garlic in some olive oil first if you wanted... that's what I would probably do because I think that would make it even more flavorful.  I don't usually like zucchini but I LOVE sauteeing zucchini in olive oil with garlic and sometimes onion and eating it plain or with pasta or rice.  (but not cooking it is even easier)
