So ya'll will probably think I'm real slow but I still haven't figured out how to include pics in a post!  Can somebody help me please?

    Yep! at the bottom of your post screen (by the B i U a and smiley face) there's the picture of the tree. click on that, click on browse to find the picture you want to include and then save. your picture will then pop up.
