Planning a wedding in 4 months in Memphis TN

I am recently engaged!! My fiance and I are both teachers, so we want a summer wedding. He doesn't want to wait till next summer, so we're trying to get this put together for June 18th. This is when my venue is open and the ceremony and reception will be in the same place. Many things are included. Does anyone have suggestions on finding/ordering bridesmaid dresses/my dress/flowers/invitations quickly? 

Do I need to send out Save the dates since the wedding is so soon? 

Going to my first bridal show and meeting with my venue on Sunday. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

    You can pull it off, but you gotta do most of the stuff you listed ASAP. David's Bridal usually gets their BM dresses in pretty quick, but I wouldn't depend on it. You'll probably need to find your dress and buy it off the rack, although I'd talk to your consultants. I'm ordering my invitations from www.annsbridalbargains.com but i haven't done it yet so IDK how quick the turn around will be. I have nothing for you on flowers.

    I ordered my invitations from Clarke's Quick Print on Summer. they have all of the books that any other invitation store has and my invitations arrived in about a week. YOu just pick out what you want, they will send you a proof and we paid when we picked them up!

    Thanks for the tip!!! That's the next big thing on the list!! I have a place, and a photographer!! DJ in the works, and now I need dresses and invites!! 

    Hopefully the dress will be said "yes" to this weekend! :-)

    Flowers: Call Holiday Florists in Germantown and ask for Gina she is amazing and can hopefully fit you in.

    For invites: If you are pressed for time and afraid to order from an online site you could always go to Target and find the print yourself kits...or Michaels or Hobby Lobby or JoAnn Fabrics.
    They have some new ones in they are really pretty.

    Dress: All about Weddings in Germantown has a rack of the "dicontinued" that are buy off rack and are only $150!!!! Some of them are like originally $2000. Ask for Sandy or Lisa they are super nice and can really help you!

    Bm dresses are tricky... I did mine (10) from David's bridal and they gave me the serious run around and that was still 6 mos. before my wedding! However, if you go to the one in Southaven... you will have way better luck and service.

    Save the dates are really meant to be sent out before the 8 month mark... but like one of the other girls said, send an email instead to out of towners who need extra time to plan. I am sure you can do it all in time, no worries! Enjoy it, it goes by super super fast!!!! I am sure everything will be gorgeous!
