What's going on with Studio Blue?

Is anyone having trouble contacting Studio Blue? I've been trying to make my second payment on my wedding photos, and no one has gotten back to me. I call their main number at reasonable business hours, and I get the voicemail, telling me that I've called outside of business hours. I've left 3 messages, and no one has called me. I've also emailed them.

I am getting worried. I could always change photographers, because my wedding's still more than a year away. But I've already paid this studio more than $300. Cry

If anyone's heard anything, please let me know. Thanks.

    I haven't heard anything in reference to their phone systems. Unfortunately they are apart of Bella Pictures. In my case their reputation for customer service and honestly is in the toilet.  Good Luck with them.
