Caterers? HELP!

Hi All!
I am having an "open house" a couple days before the wedding (7/30) for out of town guests, friends and neighbors.  Casual and informal but I definitely want a caterer for the food but I have no idea who is good!  Pleas help if you have used a local who you would use again if you could do it all over again1  THANKS!!!!

    i haven't used him, but Kim Cummings seems to be a good choice. He is on the preferred vendor list @ my venue and he was very interested in working with us. If you want contact info. let me know.

    We are using A Savory Affair in Mesa - really liked our meeting and tasting with him, but haven't done the event yet.  But I would definitely recommend checking them out!

    We went with Dads Catering.  They are the new vendor for OrangeTree Golf Resort.  We got alot of compliments of the food
