Help with ceremony sites!

I live in the Brunswick area and my fiance' and I do not want to get married in a church. Does any one have any ideas on unique places for a ceremony sites? our wedding is next January, so it has to be inside.

well do you know where your reception is? with your wedding being in the winter have you thought about finding a place that can fit both?

Yeah I am thinking the Captain Daniel Stone Inn. But all the places I have checked so far can not do both. Eventhough our wedding is only 80 ppl they cant fit a wedding and reception in the same place. My FI and i do not want to have the ceremony in the same room as the reception, same venue is fine. But ince it is in the winter, most places that could sually during the summer host both, cant in the winter because it obviously has to be in doors.

I was thinking perhaps a library, Bowdoin College, or somewhere unique.

    Frontier Cafe in Fort Andross
Evening Star Cinema at the Tontine Mall

ETA: Chocolate Church in Bath (not really a church if you're not familiar with it).

I would look at local hotels, I know the Ramada in Lewiston can accomodate both. I'm having my reception there, the ballroom is gorgeous. I don't know what the ceremony site looks like though. Frontiers in Brunswick is a good one, you can have the ceremony in the theater and the reception in the restaurant. Bowdoin College could be interesting, the old part of the library has glass floors. There is also the Brunswick Country Club.

Thanks everyone! We just went to the bridal show last weekend and now we're thinking Peaks Island!
