BP Gifts? Flower Girl Dress? help!!!

Hi everyone

I need all of your help in a huge way...I need some good ideas on Bridal Party gifts, moreso the Groomsmen. We are running out of time and FI and I are totally stumped. Of course there is the idea of the Pocket Knife, but how cliche. I want something different that isnt your typical "Wedding Party Gift"..so flask and pocket watch are out too. The guys are all pretty much into the same stuff: sports, sports & sports..and fashion!
Also, the original flower girl dress that was ordered online came in and looks absolutely NOTHING like it was supossed to look so now I need to find a cute little girls boutique nearby that has some cute fun girly dresses (preferably near Manchester, Glastonbury, Middletown, West Hartford area) any suggestions?

For the groomsmen gifts we are doing cuff links for everyone in something to represent them personally. One guy is into spiderman, one Xbox, two are big NY giants fans, we have a mechanic and one is a golfer. You can find all sorts of customized cuff links on etsy. That's where I'll be buying ours from. I can't recommend etsy enough, I'm a huge fan. I'd look on there for FG dresses too. I have three to buy so I'm sure I'll be looking for a deal :

I was told that I should shop for my bridal party as if it's their birthday. What would you get these guys for their birthdays? We ended up getting an amazon giftcard for our one guy.

We did cufflinks as well, each guy got their favorite sports team which varied with baseball, football, colleges etc.

For the flower girls, we got them engraved frames at the link below. I thought they came out great.

my FH was just in a wedding and I know you said no pocket watch, but his friend gave the groomsman a regular watch with their favorite sports team logo on it. It's very classy and the guys loved it because it's practical and personalized.
