African Mango

So with Liv's great results, I got inspired to try African Mango. I went to GNC today to purchase it and I had a choice between the pills and the liquid. I wasn't sure which one to buy so I asked the man that worked there and he told me that liquid was better because it enters the bloodstream quicker and it regulates blood sugar.

But I looked at the African Mango active ingredient in the liquid and it says that it is 500 mg. The serving is 2 tbsp and you should take it 30 min before breakfast and 30 min before lunch and/ or dinner. That would equal 1000 mg a day. The pill's serving size is 150 mg, twice a day which would equal 300 mg daily. Has anyone tried taking the liquid version or heard anything about it? I purchased it, and wondering how much I should take.

If you are not taking the liquid, how are you taking the pill?

I read somewhere that it may cause headaches, insomnia and mild anxiety. Nothing too bad. Idk about medications though.

Hmm thanks. I'll have to try to google it to see what else I can find.

  • I have been on African Mango(pills) for 10days and I can definitely tell a difference, my food cravings are completely gone and my pants are a looser. I did have a mild headache the 1st two days on it because it is a detox but the headaches are gone. Only side effect I have had is gas and I take the pills with my prescription pills and feel great.
