Stevens Point/Plover Outdoor Ceremony

FI and I have been considering an outdoor ceremony, but can't find anywhere in Stevens Point/Plover to have it.  None of the city parks will allow us to (they say we will be "reserving" a spot--but how is that different than someone playing frisbee or hanging out with friends all day in the same spot?)

Any ideas??

    I have a friend getting married at Lake Emily.  The price is reasonable and it's a beautiful lake with a pavillion you could use for inclement weather or to have your reception (depending on the number of people you plan to invite).  Best of luck!

    Sorry, I really am of no help, I usually only drive through or stop to see my aunt and uncle who live out that way.  BUT I just had to say that when I was little, I remember going to Rainbow Falls in Plover, so fun!!!
