i've designed my dress

but i'm refusing to order it until I get to the size I want, b/c it'ts custom fit to my measurements. Ugh.
When I met FI I was 25lbs lighter than this. That's what I get for marrying a man who is very small framed, SUPER fit, and can eat anything he wants under the sun every moment of every day and never gain an ounce. He has like .1% body fat, I swear. And I used to, also.... No bueno.
What are you doing to get in shape?

    My life really changed when I learned the difference between fat loss and weight loss. They are not the same and fat loss is much healthier. I have changed my lifestyle, I eat healthier (not less) and have done programs like P90X and now I am on to Insanity. My Beachbody coach has been amazing. Down 25lbs and lotsa inches since jan 1st..

    As of right now, I don't do what I should. I want to do more. I do zumba classes once a week, and I eat well enough. FI and I are actually starting to worry about my weight loss, I'm loosing too much weight without doing anything to loose it.

    Right now I'm eating a lot healthier and working out 4-5 times a week. It has definitely been working so far because I lost 54 lbs. But I still have 41 to go....

    I'm horrible! Having a hard time getting into the groove of working out. I'm trying to start small, because I have always hated working out. I am lucky enough that losing 10-15 lbs is all I need. I do need to learn to eat healthier though. I got my bike from my parents today, so I'm going to start there.  Plus I am going to try the couch to 5K plan (which is teaching yourself to run 5k in a matter of months). Wish me luck!

    I did C25K last year and as long as you stick to it you will do great! I really enjoyed it!

    Last week was a BAD week, FI bday Grams landed in hospital very stressful smh

    This week however I am eating my low calorie healthy snacks with a goal of hitting the gym twice. I went today and ran for over 2 miles ... For the weekend FI and I are going away so I will do my best to eat better :\ I make no promises though lol I only have about 10 lbs to go I dropped 6lbs and gaines back 1 :(

    I started eating a lot healthier... Also cut out things I knew I would be okay without an example would be soda I haven't had 1 drop in over 2 months... Don't know how I am surviving on no caffeine for this long lol... I try to work out 5 to 6 days a week.

    Ugh, I keep trying to get back into shape...last summer I was really in shape, playing on a Frisbee team and going to the gym.  This year has just not happened.  I"m supposed to run my first 5k this weekend and I havn't been really running in like 2 months (Sprained Ankle from touch football, then sick for two weeks, plus just lazy :) ).  I think I might die.  At least its a color run, so hopefully more fun then a normal one?

    I have been eating better though...for a while i was raiding the secratary's chocolate stash multiple times a day.  Now I just have to get my heart back in shape!

    I started back at the gym, trying to go 3 times a week right now. My problem is snacking, I work in an office alone so I get bored and then I snack. I need to not do this because it undo's whatever I do at the gym.

    I'm making an effort to eat healthier and I have a gym membership, I go about 3-4 times a week. I'm not a pop drinker to begin with, so I pretty much cut it out of my diet- also am not a big drinker so reducing that's been easy for me. Also trying to eliminate processed food in the house, but FI's a junk food fiend so that hasn't been easy :-) I'm big on organic produce too.

    I also just bought a bunch of the Jillian Michaels workout DVDs, they kick your butt and I definitely feel like I've done something worthwhile when I complete one :-)

    See, I'm kind of at a loss.
    I HATE working out even though I used to be a huge gym rat.
    I think I'm rebelling. LMAO
    I eat decently, I just seem to eat a lot I guess.
    I drink only water and unsweetened tea - never anything else... aside from the VERY infrequent milk in like cereal or something.
    And for snacks I snack on fruit, veggies, hummus, yogurt, cheese, etc.
    Liposuction would be so much easier.....
