Rehearsal dinner venue in Ellsworth/Bangor?

Does anyone have suggestions for a good venue for a rehearsal dinner in Ellsworth or Bangor?  I'm looking for something affordable and fun.  It will be a fairly small gathering, I'd say between 25-30 people.  We'd even consider a hall where we can have a potluck...  Thanks for any suggestions!  :)

    Muddy Rudder in Brewer is a nice space, although it's a restaurant, not a potluck place.  I was just at an event in the upstairs private area, but the capacity is definitely larger than 25-30, not sure what the cost is of reserving the upstairs.  I can't think of anywhere else right now, but maybe something will come to me.

    Ok, I thought of somewhere else, not in Ellsworth or Bangor, but nearby--The Good Kettle in Stockton Springs.  They are a carry out and wine place with a seating area, and they have a sign up that you can inquire about private parties.  The website is http://www.thegoodkettle.com/ if you want to check them out.  The lady who owns it is very nice, we are getting our favors from her.

    Paddy Murphy's in Bangor has an upstairs.. I don't know the cost of it but it's a fun Irish Pub!

    I second Paddy Murphys... you will not be dissapointed!

    There is also Woodmans in Orono. Great food and great environment.
