  Thanks for posting this!  I was a little confused about the officiant though.  We are using a pastor from our church, but we are being charged $200 for him to do the wedding. Do we still tip?

  I've heard that usually you make a donation to the Church as a "tip" for the pastor.

  I don't know how the church/pastor works, but for us, our pastor charges $200 for people who are not members of the church (you also get his wife to help coordinate day of). For members he accepts a donation of whatever you feel is appropriate, we've heard most people give $150.
