Colors for Forest Wedding

We're thinking of having our wedding at a hotel that has a forest type ceremony location with reception inside and I'm not sure what colors will best complement.  Green is an obvious choice but I'm not too crazy about green for bridesmaid dresses.  I love purple and blue but will they go with a forest setting?  What do you guys think?

    I agree with everyone else, you should pick colors you love. I am not sure what your forest space looks like but I LOVE jewel tones in a nature setting I think that they contrast and compliment perfectly! If you like purple try a pretty jewel tone purple (I'm thinking of something like the darker purple dresses Khloe Kardashian Odom had in her wedding party). Bottom line- pick what you love!

    Forest Green and lilac or lavender purple are very pretty together. I am doing forest green, ivory, and champagne for my colors. I also agree with everyone else though. Choose the colors that make you happy.
