  I second Lulu's - that's where I ended up getting my dress.
  
  I went to the majority of the bridal shops in the DFW area and found that Lulu's and Mockingbird Bridal has the best quality and designs for that price range.

  bridal coutour in addison- they have amazing customer service and they have lots of dresses in that price range

  not sure where all the location are at in the area... but alfred angelo has good prices.... and of course david's bridal (several in that area)
