    Nevermind I found it on the IF board.  I am so sorry.  I don't know how it can be possible that your insurance counts a cycle that they didn't pay for against your lifetime max.  Can you call back and talk to someone else?  Sometimes I find that the people at the insurance company have no idea what they are talking about and after a couple calls you get someone good who can give you the right answer.
