Ok, so I was on here MONTHS ago after getting the Dr ok to start working out again, and then things happened medically and I lost that 'ok' again.
Fast forward to today, I am finally allowed to get back into doing it again, and I have gained 30 LBS!!!! Gah! I am officially at the highest weight I have EVER BEEN!
SO.... Starting today I am going to get back into working out (I didn't cancel my gym membership so I still have that). I always loved my working out!
My big questions surround food. I have heard so many different things lately about what makes a 'healthy diet' from the Paleo diet and other ideas from people... what are your suggestions? I'm not someone with a big sweet tooth, FI and I are very heavy on our fruit/veggie intake, and I don't eat red meat...
