Your seamstress needs YOU to give them the pattern? that's crazy! they should be able to create them for you based on photos, etc. I have tons of friends in pittsburgh (I lived there for 8 years) let me know if you want me to find out if they know a good seamstress in the area.

ya i am kinda worried about it....she wants to do it a certain way and i showed her pics she said she has done it before but if i wanted to get her a pattern just to be on the safe side

Bell sleeves shouldn't be that difficult and she shouldn't need a set pattern. If I remember your inspiration picture, you want something free form and flowing right? Just sketch out what you want and have her make a pattern.
