Invitations are gonna make me lose my mind

I don't know about you ladies but I'm having the worst luck when it comes to invitations. FI and I want save-the-dates and invitations that are simple, classic and not too expensive. Our budget for that is $500 and we need about 75 invites. Has anyone had any luck with vendors. I'm very hesitant to use websites like american wedding and such.I want to be able to somewhat personalize my invitations and find someone I can work with down the line to design our programs, escort cards and table numbers. I am beyond frustrated with this process. Anything advice anything helps.

When you order invitations from her, she addresses them for free.  She does place cards, programs, menu cards, etc. at a very reasonable price.

You should check out her feedback on Wedding Wire.  She's doing everything for our wedding and we've been blown away by her work.

There are some great Etsy vendors that will customize invitations for you and you can print yourself or they will do it all for you.

You can try etsy. That's where I found my invitations. I'm also doing menu cards, escort cards and programs using the same person on etsy for the design.

We had really good luck with Vistaprint. You can google 50% off coupon and really save. I had no issues with them and I customized and matched everything together (magnet save the dates, information cards, invitations, envelopes, rsvp cards)

Etsy or Vistaprint. We got out STDs from vista print (magnets) for $22. We're still deciding on invites, but we're taking to an Etsy seller.

If you want simple you might want to consider getting a kit from Joann's or Michael's and printing them yourself.

Thank you ladies. I'll be looking into these very soon. These seem much more reasonable than the $1000+ quotes we were receiving when all we want are plain black and white invitations.

I talked to an Etsy seller named Little Lady Bug Press I think that had absolutely adorable stuff and she was pretty reasonable. I also have a friend of a friend who owns The Notes Nest who also does them locally - you can find her on Facebook. I thought she was a little pricey, but had great work. I opted to order my stuff from Cards & Pockets and design my own when I fell in love with an invite that was $10/each but I was determined to duplicate! Now of course, I am regretting that decision since I have run into snags and have way too many other things to deal with. :-)

We used electronic STD and invites for any guest with an email address.  Pingg.com has a great feature to tell you if they have even read the invite and you can schedule your reminders.  Go green and embrace the electronic invite!  Wink

We used Annie's Invitations in Dunedin.  Beverly Namath (the owner) got us everything at AWESOME prices, perfection (no errors or reprints) AND got new invites printed in 5 days when our Venue CLOSED on us and we had to change locations!

We had the whole package done for about $250 the first time and on $60 for the reprints!!

Give her my name - Lauren Frazier
