Does anybody knows an excellent wedding planner for wedding in Rome, NY?

Hi guys, I am going crazy, I am visiting my fiancé in his home town Rome, NY. I am from Mexico, we met 7 years ago when I was an exchange student.

We just stared the Fiancé Visa process, witch means I wont be able to be here in US to continue with all the wedding plans, we are having a small civil wedding in NY, and a huge wedding in Mexico.

I really need help becuase I cant drive here, and I dont know well all the things available arround Rome. HELP PLEASE!!

    My fiance and I are working with Jamie from A Pink Door (http://apinkdoor.com/) located in Syracuse, NY.  Not sure if there's a charge for distance to and from Rome from Syracuse.  I don't think it's too far though, you'd have to ask.

    She does both planning and day of coordinating.  You don't have to go for her for both; she can do just one or the other.  We decided to go with both.  She is also very affordable.  We knew as soon as we met her that we wanted to work with her.  She's just really friendly, and all of the reviews I got from her past clients were very good.

    I'm meeting tomorrow for the first time with my wedding coordinator in Rome, NY.  She has tons of bridal experience and is a hotel restaurant tourism event planner graduate of an Upstate NY college recently.  I will get back to you to let you know what I think, but I know wedding planning is her dream job.  She could probably steer you right.
