MOB/MOG dresses? - Northern NJ

Hi ladies!

Can you share where you think has the biggest/best selection of Mother the Bride/Groom dresses? I'd like to take the moms dress shopping next week and they both have very different body types and tastes, so I am looking for a place that has a large selection to suit all styles. We already looked at Park Ave Bridal in Verona, and are going to check out East/West Bridal in Secaucus next week. Any other suggestions?

    I got my girls' dresses at East West Bridal!  It's a no-frills shop, but they have cheaper prices than most other places (at least as far as bridesmaids).  Not sure what styles you are looking for, but they do have a lot of styles for moms.  My mom actually is wearing a bridesmaid style because she's not into the traditional mother "jacket" type dress and they had a ton of selection of those too.  Definitely worth a shot.  Also, if you end up finding a brand that they carry but don't have the exact style you're looking for in stock, see if they can order it because they are generally cheaper than others.  
    Other than that, maybe try Group USA in Secaucus!  It's just around the corner from East West and also have a pretty big selection.   Good Luck! :)

    Most bridal shops will have the typical MOB gowns (taffeta, boleros, etc).  If you want something that's still suitable for a MOB/MOG but isn't like the above descriptions, check out department stores like Macy's, Lord & Taylor, Bloomingdale's, etc.

    Both of mine got their dresses at David's Bridal.  We went to the one in Wayne and they had a nice selection of dresses.

    check out Hollywood Bridal in Kenilworth, they have a large selection.

    My mom got her dress at Hollywood Bridal.  They have a large selection and all the employees are super nice and helpful.

    Don't ignore the department stores also. They had a gorgeous selection of wedding dresses that both mothers liked. Especially because it's prom season but Macy's, Bloomie's, Saks and cache in the Short Hills Mall has beautiful dresses.

    Bijou Bridal in Paramus has a large selection of dresses for the moms.

    MOB and MOG both purchased their dresses from there then MOG brought her friend in a month later who also found a dress for her daughter's wedding she loved! I also went with my BMs and got their dresses too!

    They are a small shop but great to work with!!
