DIY Album

Has anyone liked a particular online DIY album site? Right now I'm looking at Blurb because it has the most professional looking site. Any other recs?

Re: DIY Album

  • I used Somerset.  It is definitely professional quality and not cheap.  I have my review in my married bio.  It is the sister company of Black River Imaging which is for professional photographers only.

I am making a photo book for my mom for Mother's Day on Blurb.  But Blurb is definitely a book, not an album.  But I was very happy with how my guest book from Blurb came out.
  • We used Blurb and designed the layout in InDesign and uploaded it. I LOVE how it turned out. It was pricey, but well worth the quality we got IMO.

  • We'll be using either Somerset or Album Boutique.

  • I've used both Blurb and Picaboo.  I found Blurb to be a bit less expensive and Picaboo to have better "drop and go" designs.

Dresses may be easier to take in than let out, but guest lists are not. -- kate51485
