Hello Ladies!
I am looking to get married at Christ Community Church in Omaha on June 17. My problem is that the church requires you get pre-maritial counseling. While I have NO problem doing this, the schedule they have for the counseling they provide just WILL NOT work for us. We're planning this wedding from 2 1/2 hours away, and it's just not possible for us to get back as much as they'd like for the counseling. I have people who can officiate for me, but they're not able to do the counseling. I've checked around and found 1 or 2 places with people who can officiate and do the counseling, but they're asking for around $500 to do it! That's more then I spent on the church!
Does anyone know of any officiants who can do counseling, or just someone who can do counseling for us (either on the phone, or just do it at 1 or 2 sessions that are on weekends so we can drive in) that wont break the bank???
