NWR- Bake-off!

Hey Ladies,

Next Wednesday my work is having a Halloween party. The highlight of this is a bake-off! The winner usually gets like $50. I desperately want to win, but can't think of any good recipes!

So, what is your favorite sweet treat? Do you have any favorite recipes?!?

    My favorite fall dessert is the Betty Crocker Praline Pumpkin Dessert (click).

    It's insanely easy and is delicious.  I use Pecans, not walnuts.  The only downside is that I haven't quite figured out how to bake it to the point that it is firm enough to cut into nice squares.  Someone suggested adding an egg into the mixture, but I haven't tried yet.  I usually bake it in a dish I can serve from, as well.

    Might not make the bake sale cut, but this is really amazing if anyone wants to try it!

    I love mini cheesecakes! The recipe is here. I use chocolate chips instead of pie filling, and I bet you could modify it to be pumpkin!

    dbpsu18 I think you should try poineer woman- she explains it well and tries not to make it difficult. I think you could do it. Just read the recipe a few times before you start.
