Hi Ladies!
So my wedding reception is in Tarrytown, NY and we are about to book this band from the NY/NJ area - The Marc Topaz Orchestra. We've looked at their website, spoken several times to Marc, and listened to a recent CD of theirs. They sound great and my sister has been to a wedding where they played and said the band made the entire wedding.
Here's the problem - right before we sign the contact, another band manager we had been talking to said a few not so nice things about Marc Topaz, which made us question them a little bit. We also can't find all that much on them and they aren't on the Knot (I feel like everyone/everything is listed on the Knot!), so I just wanted to see if anyone has had any experience with them. We want to be sure before we book them!
