So my wedding is 6 months from today..I've lost 15 pounds so far and still have another 25 to go. I go to the gym usually 3 times a week when I can. I have a high stress job and am also a full time student graduating in April. I can keep my motivation up for a few days then I'll have to work late or skip the gym because an assignment is due. I need help! I know that I can get the weight off because I've done it before, but what are some things you guys do to stay motivated?
