  I know there's a place in Glendale called Ceretta's- it's an actual candy factory- family owned.  I know they do taffy, but I'm not sure what else.  You could probably get a bulk amount from them for relatively cheap (and save on shipping!).

  We priced up Ceretta's chocolate - to us it seemed expensive, but we wanted to do those candy bars for favors.

  We are getting our candy from Costco Business Center. They have a lot more candy then the regular Costcos. The business center also has somethings seperated by flavor/color.
