Just a rundown of what I've done and what I have left;

Venue - Archeo Restaurant - Check!
Photography and Videography - A colleagues new business - Check!
Cake - Ache For Cake - Check!
Invitations - Bestie and Graphic Designer Alana - Check!

To Do;

Book DJ (Meetings set up with the Distillery DJ's and Solaris Entertainment next week) 
Officiant - (Meeting with Mary Beatty next week)
Florist - No progress :S
Favours - So very undecided.
Dress - Haven't started looking!
Bridesmaids Dresses - Haven't even narrowed it down to colour! Could be greens, could be black, could be grey! LOL

What's left for you ladies?

Oh and Happy Thanksgiving!

    Venue, Liuna Gardens booked
    menu still needs some work
    dress ... starting to look this weekend
    quartet, booked: Hazel Walker
    bridesmaids dresses .... still undecided
    flower girl have some ideas but haven't decided
    Invites: in the process of working on the design
    limo - still to do
    Hair- booked: Emily at Kate's Hair Expressions
    photographer booked:
    center pieces: tons of ideas, but have not chosen
    Favors: wedding cake sugar cookies in clear boxes and a personalized bag of coffee
    Cake: joint effort, mom is making it, I am decorating
    Flowers: undecided
    Lots done, but lots left to do!

    Oh dang... I forgot hair, make-up and transportation.. Ai ai ai..

    The florist thing is the hardest for me. Flowers are so expensive, then they die :( I've considered a few DIY ideas but between work and school I really won't have the time.

    Favours too, I keep finding ideas and I want them want them all! LOL I really have to narrow it down and pick one!

    Flowers, I hear you, they are so expensive, but so beautiful, I was going to make paper ones, however I can not find crepe paper anywhere!!

    I haven't had a chance to check them out yet, but maybe you'll be able to find crepe paper at one of those places.

    OOH! Archeo - lovely! that was one of my choices.

    Venue - Globe Bistro on the Danforth

    I have been engaged for exactly one week, and have a wedding date of Feb 5.

    Venue - Newcastle Town Hall 
    DJ - rhythm entertainment 
    photographer - almostmarried.ca
    dress - NO CLUE!
    favors - ice cream (make it yourself in a jar.. its cute i promise!) 
    BM dresses - black - check! 
    invites - done by yours truly
    centerpieces- picking up next weekend! (lanterns!) 
    cake - ache for cake - check! 
    hair - booked
    makeup - all made up - booked
    limo - still need! 
    officiant-booked
    decoration- looking to book tonight! 
    caterer- booked!
    hotel rooms - booked! 
    save the dates - sending this week

    i think thats it.... might have forgot things.. not sure! :) its all such an exciting time!

    Also if you google "Mexican paper flowers" there are gorgeous ideas using tissue paper! I'm doing that for the pomanders down the aisle. Good luck :)
