Rebar or Prospect Park Picnic House?

Hi Everyone -

I know these are two very different wedding venues but I'm torn! Any advice or thoughts?

    I visited rebar and it wouldn't work for us. I also thought about the picnic house, but they don't have air conditioning, and we want an August wedding. They're both beautiful, though. With the picnic house you'll have to do more work since they don't provide catering.

    I looked at both of these venues ... i'd go with Rebar, it's less to coordinate and it (for us) ended up to be a better deal.

    With the picnic house, you have to use their caterers, and rental companies, which were MUCH higher than other quotes I got.
