Bridal Shower Venues?

I realize that brides aren't suppose to help with their own bridal showers... however, my SIL is throwing the shower for me and I found out through my brother that she is having a tough time finding an affordable venue in the KC area. There's about 30 people on the guest list, set for August 4, 2012 and the theme is Linens and Lingerie. If anyone has any venue suggestions, that would be greatly appreciated.

    Any part really, I have guests coming from all over Kansas & Missouri. KC was just as close to a central location as we could get. I am open to any suggestions for KC, Platte City, Weston, etc. I would love to have it outside, but the reality is, it's in August and it's going to be pretty hot out.

    There's a private room at the Classic Cup I beleive, some Granite Citys can accomodate private parties,  Cupini's Depardo room, Tom Fooleries has the patio upstairs that you can have set aside I believe.... I'll keep thinking!

    Eighth Anniversary 100 Comments Combo Breaker
    One of my showers what just at the Georgetown Apts in Merriam, KS.  No one had to live there to rent it and they had lots of different rooms and areas.  We had a cute room that opened up to the pool.  My sister said it was afforable and it's just off I-35 and pretty easy to get to.
