Recommendations for small wedding/reception

My fiance and I would like to get married next July or August. This will be the second marriage for both of us so we were thinking something low key. a Ceremony Venue + a reception to follow mainly dinner and cake. Neither of us is religious - so no churchs.

Any recommendations for something small but nice? (75 people max - just a nice dinner - maybe a small dance floor but its not required - we are not big on dancing), no fancy centerpeices maybe DIY,no bridal party, woll have a photographer and cake.

We would like to keep the whole thing under 5K. This excludes Honeymoon and my dress/his tux.

Thank you!

What area do you want the venue?  Downtown, Eastside (Bellevue, Kirkland, Woodinville, etc), South of Seattle, North of Seattle, etc?

Anywhere within 25-30 miles of Seatlle should work. Tacoma is fine too.  thanks

Any community center or parks & rec building would be within a budget. My favorites were the Golden Gardens Bathhouse and the Mt.Baker Community Club.

Rosehill Comm. Center is very pretty.  :)  Plus, there is a lighthouse area to to your ceremony at (which would prob. be ok weather wise if you're looking at July or August).

    Check out this venue....

It was rewarded runner up one of the best new venues in Seattle by Seattle Bride. It's small, beautiful, and affordable. If I was having a smaller wedding, I would be all over it!
