Hi All,
My name is Yolanda (but everyone calls me Jodie) and I have been reading the message boards for about a month so decided to introduce myself. I got engaged 22 Jul 2010 at Logan Airport and we are planning a 06 Aug 2011 wedding. So far the planning has been smooth with some minor stress over not having a church ceremony (his parents are devout Catholic and he is Agnostic) and ofcourse, alcohol at the reception (again, his parents). Luckily for me, he is very supportive and willing to let his parents know exactly how he feels about things in a calm and logical manner (I should mention we are both scientists so very analytical in our thinking LOL).
Anyway, I look forward to coming on and reading the various posts and hope I can be helpful in sharing information.
