July 2012 Weddings

Ugh I feel down today :(

The pollen has been so bad in NJ these past couple of days.  I just started to take some allergy medicine last night.  I have not had to take any type of allergy medicine in like 6 years.  But b/c I am not feeling so hot I did not go to kickboxing last night and I really don't feel well enough to go tonight.  But I feel so guilty not going.  I just feel like my body is not up for it right now.  My left ear has been bothering me for like 3 days now.  I am so tired I slept like crap last night.  All I want to do is go home take a nap, eat dinner and read my book.

I am thinking that I might give myself 1 more day off from working out then I will rage it tomorrow and over the weekend.  I just beat myself up so hard on the days that I don't work out now.

  • I hope you feel better!! I think it's better to stay home and rest at least one more day. I had a pretty bad cold once and instead of resting, I kept going to the gym. I ended up getting a horrible sinus infection.

  • LADY I feel you.. My allergies have been on high alert this week!  I just want to rip out my eyes and but them in a big jar of water haha!

    Take it easy one more day and hopefully ou will have your energy back tomorrow and this weekend!

    I do the exact same thing to myself when I skip a workout LADY. FI has to convince me to not workout when I'm sick. Feel better!

  • Take care of yourself first!  Your kickboxing class will still be there as soon as you're better.  You're not going to derail all of your hard work with a few days off anyway.

    Feel better!  I'm slowly getting over a nasty cold, so I feel your pain.

  • Feel better!! Your body might be telling you it needs a few days and don't beat yourself up about it, you will be able to kick butt soon!!!
  • You really need to rest!  You can't keep going going going & expect to get better! =)  Don't feel guilty!
