Dear Mother Nature...

Please fix the weather for next Saturday.  It's the only day on the extended forecast that doesn't show the sun shining and has that wet stuff falling instead. 

It will be a logistical nightmare if we need to go to our backup plan...and our pictures won't be nearly as stellar :-(

    haha - Holly 10 days out is so far and the forecast will change a million times.  Keep the faith!  P.S.  - I know I'll be freaking out 10 days before my event too so remind me that I said this to you.  :)

    Thanks!  I'm going to a concert Labor Day weekend, so I will be putting in a similar request! 

    I know it's still a week away, but man I'm stressing about it.

    I have decided, however, that I do not want to pay attention to your countdown ticker because it also pretty much says how much time I have left for my summer vacation before school starts up again!

    Ahh!  I'll do a non-rain dance for you (a sun sit?).  Like Chris said, 10 days is a long time, and the forecast could be completely different next week.  I'll keep my fingers crossed for sunshine next weekend!

    Holly, where is your wedding again (need to know where to send good weather vibes)?  And don't drive yourself too crazy with the 10-day forecast--it's not terribly reliable at this point.  FWIW, pictures come out great when it's overcast if the rain holds off--no shadows or squinty people.

    I just checked in with Mother Nature and she said she's making some changes to the forecast and will send sunny warm weather for your big day.  No need to worry!!!

    You girls are great!

    My ceremony is at Fort Williams/Portland Headlight.  I met with my photographer there today and we have everything planned out, so I really hope the sky is blue!  The good news is that she told me that if it ends up pouring and we have to relocate the ceremony, she'd be willing to schedule a 1-hour shoot with me after our HM to re-do pictures there. FI has to rent a tux for his sister's wedding in August, so we can do it then.  I'm glad we have a plan b for pictures as well.

    But I would much rather get it all over with next weekend!

    Let me throw it out there for the millionth time..Michelle is AMAZING! I love her. :) And I am going to do a sun dance for you, chrispy and myself! Back up plans are good to have but nobody wants to use them. I can't believe it's so close, hope you're staying as calm as possible!

    Yes, yes she is!  I probably never would have known about her if I didn't have two of her kids in school!  We seriously spent 2 hours today walking around Fort Williams and planning for next weekend!  I already can't wait to see how everything comes out!

    Ok, so far these positive vibes for next Saturday are working!!!!!!!  Forecast has changed from crappy to excellent!  Keep 'em coming ladies!  And Jessie - Things look beautiful for you tomorrow!
