Id say do full push ups as many as you can (right format) and then switch to knee push ups. Knee push ups are a good way to build the arm and back strength for the full push up. And I am in as welll :-)

I heard sit ups aren't good for your back and neck. It's been hurting my lower back. I put a towel underneath for more support, but still hurts. Any ideas?
