Indoor/Outdoor Picture Location??

Hi!

My wedding is in January, and I'm looking for a good location for pictures on the day of. My fiancee and I both want quite a few outdoor pictures, but we also want a nearby indoor space we can use/rent in case there's a really bad blizzard or low windchill that would keep us from being outside too long. The ceremony is in St. Paul and the reception in Mpls, so we'd like to keep it somewhere in one of those two cities. Our other consideration is, we don't really want a modern/urban look, which is harder to find downtown. Anyone know of some good ideas for a more rustic/traditional/vintage-y look?
Thanks!

I've seen a lot of pictures from Rice Park downtown St. Paul. It is usually decorated with tons of lights in the winter.  It is surrounded by the St. Paul Hotel, the JJ Hill Library, the Ordway and Landmark Center.  I believe that you can use Landmark Center without having to get a permit or anything.  There are some cool stairways and lots of arches.  Just one thing to be aware of, depending on when in January your wedding is, the St. Paul Winter Carnival might be going on and that area will be super busy.  I believe that it is usually the last wknd of Jan into the first wknd of Feb.

This!!!  I was just going to say all this stuff about St. Paul.  I work across the street from Rice Park and there is ssooo much to take pictures in a 3 block radius.

Thanks for the info! I'd thought of Rice Park but I wasn't sure if any of those buildings allowed wedding pictures. Super helpful!
