  I literally just asked this the other day!  From all the recommendations I ended up going to Bloom Spa on Washington.  They're great.  I accidentally broke a nail later that day (I was doing some heavy lifting and was trying to lift a bookcase on my own = not a good idea) and they fixed it the next day for free.  And they're not too pricey, $35.
