Married ladies-need help!

We are trying to figure out what is the appropriate amount to tip for the catering staff.

On our contract, it suggests $50-150 PER service personal. That means we would be tipping $350.

Is this correct? How much did you tip your catering staff?

TIA

20% is already built into our contract. Most of the googling I've done says 20% is around normal for tipping. Although mosst of the sites also said to decide based upon the level of service provided. Google is a good resource if no one has any other great ideas though.

i did 20% and then at the last minute added a little more because at the drop of the hat they did some extra stuff for me.  otherwise just 20%

My caterer said that his people are paid well, they don't expect to be tipped. He said any tips are appreciated. I think ours has 18% built into it. I'm not sure exactly how much I'm going to tip. I'm really not sure how much I can afford. lol

I am sooo jealous that you get to decide.  I am required to tip everyone 22% of the total bill.  It is a huge amount.  I'm probably going to end up paying about 3500 dollars in tips.  I would not tip any less than 20%
