  For a formal wedding, I think using "honour" is standard.  If you're doing something more low key, you can adjust the wording to be more casual.
  
  I think your wedding is 300+ people?  I think formal...honour.

  We're doing honour. I just prefer the more formal spelling and it goes with our ceremony - a very traditional church.

  I didn't know it was a formal vs. non-formal thing...I'm Canadian, so I spell it "honour!"
