I was at a bridal shower on Sunday and saw a girl who was in my sorority that I haven't seen in a while. She just returned a week ago from her HM in LaToc. I basically grilled her. Ha! She said she had a wonderful time and didn't experience anything bad that she read in all the trip advisor reviews. 

She had no problem getting reservations for the restaurants or finding chairs at the pool. They didn't have a butler. She said they ate a ton b/c the food was so good!! Basically, she put all my worries to rest. You two didn't seem as concerned as me, because I was driving myself batty reading all the reviews.

    Yes, she gave it a fabulous review! Her and I were talking about all the bad reviews and she was like I truly don't understand them. I loved hearing that.

    Yay!! That's great to hear! We aren't having a butler either. I hadn't read any reviews but know that you had and were worried, so I'm really glad to hear some good things. FI and I aren't too hard to please when it comes to vacas, especially if it's on a sunny island in the Caribbean :)

    YAY so glad your friend had a good time...I know you had been worried!! the more reviews I read about everywhere (where I am going or where I am not going) i think that people are just crazy and that eveyone should make up their own mind about a place.

    Lots of people on TK talk total crap about the place where I got my wedding dress, but I experienced nothing but wonderful things there. I keep hoping that the people who trash the hotel we are going to on trip advisor are similarly full of it! but seriously, how could you go wrong with unlimited drinks + st lucia?

    PS mbody what sorority were you in?? just curious......
