Southern Rhode Island "Budget" Wedding Venues

Hi everyone,
 My name is Sarah and I  am getting married next year..and on a budget. While we are and have saved up we are having trouble finding a venue we like. The tricky part is my dad is a caterer in Florida and would like to cater for us. So we need a affordable venue that will also allow us to cook. I would like it wo be in the South county area, yet this is proving to be difficult. I am open to any ideas and suggestions,

    Two venues instantly pop into my mind:

    Easton's Beach Ballroom in Newport
    The Tower's in Narragansett

    Both allow outside caterers.  My venue is "somewhat" budget friendly, requires an outsider caterer, but about 30 minutes from South County:  Glen Manor House.

    The North Beach Clubhouse on Narragansett Town Beach and the South County Museum might work as well.

    The calabrese club in Westerly.... My cousin did a wedding there.. simple venue, but can spruce up, definately inexpensive.

    Chorus of Westerly has a really big commercial looking kitchen on the basement level.  And a dumbwaiter - which I thought was kind of cool.   I'm not sure if your dad plans on actually cooking on the day of or not.  If so, that's the biggest kitchen I saw in my searches.  If he is cooking ahead of time, it wouldn't be as big of a deal. 
    Kinney Bungalow also allows outside catering, but I'm not sure if it has to be off a vendor list or not.
