Check my alcohol estimates?

I'm hoping someone can help me out... I must have used every single alcohol calculator that pops up on a Google search, but the problem is that they are all inconsistent and very few of them specify quantities- there is obviously a huge difference between a 1.5 L bottle and a 750 mL bottle, so exactly how much wine are you telling me to buy when you say "40 bottles"? Same goes for beer- cans, bottles, 1/2 keg, 1/4 keg, etc.?

This is my very best effort after compiling: I am calculating for 200 drinkers over a 5 hour wedding reception and okay with having extra, not okay with coming up short.

24 1.5 L bottles red wine
24 1.5 L bottles white wine
6 1.5 L bottles rose
10 1.5 L bottles of liquor (various amounts of gin, whiskey, scotch, rum, vodka, and tequila)
2-3 1/2 kegs
18 3.75 mL bottles champagne (just for the toasts, not at the bar)
Plus some quantity of Strongbow cider, the groom's favorite

Any feedback= SO helpful!

I calculated you'd need about 1200 servings for 200 people over 5 hours, and your calculations seem pretty right on. Perhaps a little more beer. Just make sure the bartenders don't overpour (for example, you should get 12 servings of wine out of each bottle).
