Marriage License

Hey knotties, When is the earliest I can go in to get my marriage license?  I know that Texas has a 72 hr waiting period.  But can I get my license two weeks before the wedding?

If I recall correctly, I think you can get it up to 30 days in advance.

30 days is correct, 72 hour waiting period is waived (including state fees of $60) if you take a pre-marital course like twogetherintexas.
