Yeah so I copied this from the Attire and Accessories board. But so what. I want to see what my fellow Ct ladies will be getting married in. Go ahead,,,SHOW OFF YOUR DRESSES!

Heres mine. Got it from Davids Bridal straight out of the plastic. Heehee Not another single soul has tried it on. I didn't think I was in love with the dress..but the more I look at it...the more I do love it!

I got my dress July 10th at David's Bridal in Manchester. Despite all the worries I had about going there, esp on a Saturday, it was fantastic. Sandra was a FANTASTIC consultant.

Not the most flattering picture, and my goal is to lose weight .... but I LOVE the dress. I'm a tomboy .. used to play football and the like, so wearing this dress I feel like a princess for the first time EVER

Thanks! Sandra was fantastic. Absolutely LOVED her. I didn't love the woman behind the counter that checked us out who was a HUGE B**** and the fact that a woman decided that DB was an appropriate place to bring her FOUR young children and had them running around the store knocking dresses onto the floor. That kinda put a damper on a great day. And your dress is beautiful. My top half is too .. busty .. for a strapless gown. I'd be afraid to fall out of it or bust out of it!

AHAHAHHA U went on a Tuesday and there was like noone there. It was nice. But yeah the woman behind the counter was nasty! I wonder if we dealt with the same chick? Yeah I am a bit busty on top too. I just wont be doing any bending over!! Those puppies are not welcomed guests at my wedding!

i worked with sandra for my dress too! she was not pushy at all which is the worst part about db usually.

I just ordered my dress a couple of weeks ago from Bridal Trousseau in Branford. They have been super nice so far. However, I tried on this dress first a few months ago in January at Harold's Bridal in New Haven. Then I went dress shopping again in the beginning of June and tried it on at Mariella's (where the picture was taken). Every dress I tried on after this one I was always comparing back to this one, and I was always ogling it on the website so I finally decided I had to have it.

I could only find a pic of the back, but the front has the same three flowers in a cluster on the left side. It's a Marisa, and I got it at Mariella's. I go for my final fitting tomorrow!!!!

I don't have a picture of me in it because, well...my sister doesn't want word getting out. It's mostly a secret, particularly to my FI!!!! HEHEH!!! but here's a pic. It's Maggie Sottero, capri royale in fushcia. This pic shows a slightly different style, but they're very similar.

Though it's a secret from many, my family and most of my girlfriends know. Clearly, as i post this on the knot, i'm not good at keeping this secret!

But here it is! But honestly it looks different in person. The layer under the top layer with the lace applliques is completely lace with crystals and it shows through very well in person but not at all on the photo. Also I had the little bow and the ribbons connecting to it removed. I love it.... *sigh*.....

I'm between two dresses. One at Harolds and the other at Mariella's.

I can't seem to link the picture of me in the Harold's dress. I'll work on it.

Mariella's doesn't allow for pictures but here's photos online of the very hungry model in my potential dress. It looks ten times better on me..lol.

I love the chiffon rouching on top and how it goes out to all lace at the bottom.

Trying to part with the look I thought I was going for is tough. I alway pictured myself in a dress with straps and my hair down. I'm finding that this doesn't look as good on me as strapless with my hair up! The only reason I haven't bought a dress yet is because I'm not ready to commit to a strapless gown. Going to try Bridal Trousseau in Branford on Thursday to see if my dream dress is there!

I dont have a pic of me in the dress either but its MS Rachael. I love it so much more on than on the model. I never would have tried it on based on the picture.

Same here- no pics of me in it. But here it is- It's Jasmine Couture and I got it at The Wedding Dress in Portland! I added a foot to the train on the back, as well as more sparkle detail to the back at the bottom. I can't wait to see it when it comes in.
