Wedding Location

I currently live in LA and  am looking for a wedding venue in Florida. Somewhere on the panhandle. Anyone have an good suggestions? I would like a beach wedding followed by a reception, maybe in a hotel so my guest will have a place to stay.

Crowne Plaza Hotel $2500 rental (does not include food, tax, or beverages) in order to book you have to guarantee a minimum of 15 guest rooms (just go this week about a week ago)
Sanders Beach $200 per hour (minimum 3) and an additional 150 for each additional hour.
HIlton Pensacola Beach-I didn't check the price of those but if I'm not mistaken for a reception it's 125.00 per person but that's for dinner, etc
New World Landing (and Inn)-not sure on the prices of this place.

We are having out wedding at Inlet Beach because there are no fees related to that public beach. Lots of the beaches charge for use, which is ridicolous because it is public, so you have to watch.  hope this helps! Smile

Their are many wonderful wedding locations and options in the panhandle of Florida. I would need more info to give you better advise. Number of guests, budget, and style. We use many locations from beach homes to amazing poolside locations, or ballroom settings. All depends on your style. If you dont have a planner/coordinator yet, you may end up spending more. The cost of a coordinator is out weighed by the money they save you. Plus the less stress the better. Look at serene occasions, www.sereneoccasions.com. No cookie cutter packages, everything you need and nothing you dont. Customized to fit in your budget. It is worth thinking about before you go over spending on a venue or something silly that you will be sorry about later. All good coordinators will give you a free consultation. Good Luck!!
