    my dress...which wasn't all that much. We are being very thrifty, creative and have a lot of help from friends and family

    It's fun to get to know a little more about you all!  I think this board has been a good resource to find venues & vendors, but I think it could be a lot more helpful & fun if people posted more about other aspects (venting about planning, sharing excitement about things, talking about non-wedding-related stuff, sharing DIY ideas). I figured I'd try to get the ball rolling a little. If you feel like it, don't be afraid to get some more posts started! :)

    I was sitting on a friend's deck and Eric came over to help a friend move from next door (duplex). We started talking and the rest is history.

          7th grade english class, although we didn't start dating until much later...

          A German Shepherd mix named Gypsy, (my baby).

          Reading a book out in the sun.

          Food for the reception, we decided to have a fairly large reception and the food will be expensive...

        All the politics of trying to make everyone happy.  I wish I could just do what I want!

    5 lhasa apso's -Bronx, Dylan, Jacob, Edward and Bella (the last three are pups that Dylan had that we are going to be selling here is a couple weeks :( I will miss them!)

    i think overall its just stressful, thats why we picked a later day.  I want lots of time because im really indecisive about everything lol.

    hey guys.. I know I am a few days after the last post, but I wanted to jump it.  I have been on here the last couple of days as our planning has picked up and all the great tips you all have are wonderful!
