Hair stylists for fingerwave or victory roll

Hi! 

I'm also in the market for a local hair stylist that can do either the 1940's style victory rolls (http://www.perfectlocks.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2010/10/old-school-vroll.jpg) or a finger wave style (http://www.guciimage.com/store/product.php?productid=953). Has anyone done either of these for their weddings? If so, was it a local stylist?

I'd love any contacts you have that could help me out!
