photography question-start time?

Hi Ladies...quick question what time did your photographer come by you and did you think it was enough time? My ceremony starts at 2, so I was thinking 11am start(I have unlimited coverage). Do you think that's enough time or to much?

I believe he came at 12:30 for our 2:30 ceremony start (we left the house at around 2:15- pictures probably started around 1:15). I wish he came earlier to get more pictures at my house.

Have you talked with your photographer about how much time he would be comfortable with? He is probably the best judge to let you know how much time he will want or need in order to get the pictures he wants for you.

I agree with PP. I would talk to your photographer, he'll know how much time to allot for photos.

It should be based on the events of your day.  Our photograher said he typically comes two hours before we leave for the ceremony, but what he's really looking to do is come about the time my hair is being finished and my make-up ready to begin.  For me, that does work out to be about two hours before.
