Hey Ladies, a couple weeks ago a friend of mine was killed in a tragic car accident. Her death could have been prevented if Cape Coral had installed a guard rail there after the previous death. I'd appreciate it if you could take a second and sign this petition I'd really appreciate it. Lexie was a vibrant, sweet, smart adventurous young woman and I don't want to see anyone else lose a friend or family member unnecessarily at this spot again. Thank you!
