Does anyone happen to know an inexpensive place to get your makeup done around the city or in Astoria? Thank you so much!

    I got my makeup done for free at the Yves St. Laurent section in Bergdorf's.  I just bought something from them afterwards.  You could do that almost anywhere, at any department store.  Just call ahead.

    the person i chose came to my apartment, i live on roosevelt island.  She did my trials.  My wedding is sept 5th,  and she will be coming to my hotel in nyc.

    she does makeup and hair....but will do only one if you prefer.  Did an amazing job,  and very friendly.  I had a great experience.  I found her at the Mariott Marquis bridal fair.  Prices very reasonable.  Check out her website.
