Questions I should ask when meeting with photographer

Good morning ladies, I have been posting on and off and through the board recomendations I have made an appointment with Jenni from Forever Yesterday Photography. What kinds of questions do you recommend I should be asking?
Her work looks amazing so I am excited to be meeting with her.

    Jenni is awesome and so sweet - you will love her!!

    Here are some good questions to ask:

    How would you describe your style? (ask about candid, posed, or whatever kind of shots are important to you)

     

    Ask to see examples of their work.

     

    Have you shot a wedding at our venue before?

     

    What is included in the package? (photo copyrights, prints, online hosting, album, etc)

     

    How many hours are included?

     

    On average, how many photos can we expect to end up with? (this is normally anywhere from 400-2000)

     

    How long after our wedding can we expect to see proofs?

     

    What is the deposit amount? When is it due? Is it refundable?

     

    When is the balance due?

     

    What happens in case of some emergency that prevents you from being able to shoot our wedding? Can you provide a replacement?

    Also ask if they allow a "must shoot" list, if they have a list of shots they always like to get, what kind of details do they like to focus on, if their style is journalistic vs traditional vs abstract, and just see if you vibe with the person. I almost booked a photog who had great work, but I didn't really get along with that great, then I found Meghan at Meghanlynnphotography (she's also a board favorite) and we get along great, and I can't wait for her to follow her around on my wedding day! That's also really important to remember.
